Terms and conditions for using PATO Padel services

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PATO Padel services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Services
PATO Padel operates outdoor padel courts in the Werksviertel in Munich. Our services include court bookings, Americanos, shared games, events, and racket and ball rental via self-service lockers.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
User Conduct
Users must conduct themselves appropriately and follow all facility rules. PATO Padel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate sessions for inappropriate behavior.
Limitation of Liability
PATO Padel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Modifications
PATO Padel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
